We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package size, and weight of the items in your order.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day 

Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $90 (before taxes).

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and delivery times are estimates that are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • All orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please allow 4 business days for processing during peak seasons or sale periods.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses currently.

  • Missing Items: If your order is missing or appears to be incomplete, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
  1. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to change the shipping address or method after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping details.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly for assistance. If your package was lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
